“We had a car accident just outside Ogallala. The tow truck was there pretty quick after the police officer called. In the end our car was totaled, but they did not charge for the tow, and have worked well with us in making sure we get our stuff out of the car. The only downside is a seeming lack of communication, as there were some long waits for information, but this could be either the insurance or the auto body.”
